Overview I started BKMOHR & Associates in 2010 after a successful 16 year career working for a large national recruiting firm. I gained a tremendous amount of experience in those years. When I started this firm I wanted to
offer something more to my clients then just another recruiting firm, simply put, I wanted to be different. A
lot has changed in the industry since I started in this field 24 years
ago, but much still remains the same. The industry has changed with the
expanded use of the internet, job sites and databases. These tools have been an asset to large recruiting firms. What hasn’t changed is that this is still a people business and for many, finding and hiring
the right candidate for an open position is still a difficult task. To be successful in recruiting, you must strive to meet the needs
