Overview

Over the years, I have worked with so many successful professionals (Over 6000 in 24 years). For many of these professionals the desire to make a career move was there, but the time to actively search on their own simply wasn't feasible. Throughout my career, I have taken the same attitude towards the applicants I have worked with as I have with my clients. To offer the best service and advise I can and make the time spent working together beneficial to us both. The market has changed with the expanded use of the internet, job sites and databases.  What hasn’t changed is that for many, finding the right position that meets their career goals is still a difficult task. How We Are Different

Having worked for a major recruiting firm for a number of years  I know how most work. I have heard so many applicants complain about other recruiters they have worked with, many complain that the recruiters waste their time on positions that don't fit what they are looking for or even worse, they have never talked to the recruiter before and the recruiter calls them to set up an interview with the client. They don’t have a real interest in developing a successful partnership with you. They aren’t interested in offering guidance that might benefit an applicant in landing the right job, they present your resume to a company and the rest is up to you. BKMOHR & Associates is different. I will work with you every step of the way, from assistance in developing your resume, to setting up and coaching you for interviews, all the way through to starting with a new company. I will have a commitment to assist you and share my expertise with you every step of the way during the hiring process.

Before becoming a successful recruiter, I worked for years as a manager for several service organizations. The desire to assist in making clients successful is a major part my goal and it is what I bring to this company.
